Covéa Insurance is pleased to announce it has struck an industry-leading deal with global technology provider Audatex, making it the first UK insurer to implement fully-integrated image capture technology to simplify and streamline the claims experience for its motor customers.
The new technology enables Covéa Insurance’s customers to send pictures of their damaged vehicle directly to their chosen repairer via a smart mobile-friendly portal. The portal is fully integrated into both Covéa Insurance and the repairers’ systems, making the claims process slicker and more convenient than ever before.

Covéa Insurance has a strong track record partnering with Audatex who it collaborated with to deliver its award-winning Repairer Allocation Manager (RAM) solution. RAM is an online integrated tool that uses Google Maps to improve customer choice by intelligently selecting approved vehicle manufacturer and repairers in the immediate vicinity and providing real-time distance and travel time to the customer.
