Covéa capitalises on its ‘geeks’

In order to develop its collaborative and digital culture group-wide, Covéa has launched the “Tous DigiTalents” programme, a personalised coaching process between employees passionate about all things digital and a panel of highly-motivated directors. 

Run on a voluntary basis, this programme is a win-win initiative. Top managers use their grasp of the practices and challenges inherent in the internet and social networks to promote Covéa’s digital transformation, the tutors assess the managers’ expertise, and the two partners discuss their vision of the company. Some 40 two-person teams are embarking on the programme in 2016 and will share digital best practices during a series of sessions.
